Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Edufinger Kasoti service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unwatched content.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

  • One-time purchase practice tests that have been attempted
  • Personalized coaching sessions that have already been conducted
  • Downloadable digital goods once downloaded
